We all know that death is inevitable. Whether we like it or not, it is the one thing that is guaranteed in life. And yet, we go through our lives trying to avoid it at all costs. We are so afraid of death that we don't even like to think about it. We go to great lengths to prolong our lives, even if it means sacrificing our quality of life.


But what if we could change our relationship with death? What if we could learn to accept it as a natural part of life? Maybe then we could live our lives more fully and with less fear. Here's how you can start embracing death to live a better life.


1. Understand that death is a natural part of life

The first step to accepting death is to understand that it is a natural part of life. Just as we are born, we will die. It is the cycle of life. Trying to avoid death only leads to suffering. Accepting death can lead to a sense of peace and acceptance.
